This course is designed to help educators identify those students who may be at risk for certain harmful behaviors. Topics include: Why children engage in Sexual Behaviors, The connection between the media and sexuality, Male and Female reproductive anatomy, Teen Pregnancy, HIV and AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections. Alternatives to sexual activity to show your loved one that you care will also be addressed. The material covered is suitable for educators of all age levels. Once warning signs are discussed several preventative and intervention strategies will be detailed as well.
